Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to all cake orders, enquiries and purchases made through this website.
Orders & deposits
All cake orders are confirmed only once a deposit has been received and a confirmation email has been sent. Deposits are non-refundable except where the bakehouse cancels the order. Final payment is due before collection or delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Cancellations & changes
Cancellations made more than 7 days before the required date may receive a partial refund or credit at our discretion. Changes to design, flavour or size are accepted only if they do not affect work already completed and are confirmed by email.
Allergies & ingredients
Our kitchen handles wheat, gluten, dairy, eggs, nuts, soy and other allergens. While we take care, we cannot guarantee that any product is completely free from allergens. Customers must disclose all allergies and dietary requirements before ordering.
Delivery & collection
Collection times are agreed by email. Local delivery is available by arrangement and is charged separately. We are not liable for damage after handover, including transport by the customer or a third-party courier.
Design & photography
Reference images are used for inspiration only; we do not copy copyrighted designs. Finished cakes may vary slightly from sketches or mock-ups. We may photograph cakes for our portfolio, website and social media unless you request otherwise in writing.
Liability
Our total liability is limited to the value of the order. We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, including supplier shortages, illness or severe weather.
